• Leading a team of 20 plant line employees including maintenance personnel in day-to-day operations.
• Hiring, training, coaching, and separation of staff as necessary.
• Promote and account for safe work practices and training.
• Prioritize and multi-task refurbishing processes each day to meet production levels.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet production needs.
• Audit vendor contracts to maintain P&L budget requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies for on-site inspections.
• Step into function-specific roles as necessary to continue production.
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team across different departments.

• College degree in manufacturing or operations or 3 years on the job experience as equivalent.
• Experience in the propane, natural gas, or refined fuels industry is preferred but not required.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DHS, and EPA standards.
• In-depth experience with Process Safety Management.
